North Harbour – North Vancouver

North Harbour is steadily transforming the North Vancouver’s skyline, with its blend of condominium homes, rental apartments, retail spaces and vibrant amenities now becoming a prominent feature along the waterfront. Each building within the first phase of this master-planned community is progressing as scheduled, contributing to the dynamic transformation of the area.

Interior steel stud work is progressing on level nine of Drift, the community’s inaugural waterfront condominium building, with mechanical and electrical rough-ins advancing from levels six through nine. Drywall installation has reached level five, while cabinetry and flooring installation is advancing on level three.

North Harbour’s two boutique buildings terraced from the waterfront, Aire East and Aire West, are also advancing. At Aire East, exterior steel stud work is ongoing on level eight, with window installation progressing to level seven. Interior steel stud work is now underway on level one. Over at Aire West, Interior steel stud work is progressing on levels six and seven, with mechanical and electrical rough-ins advancing on levels four and five.

At the rental building, mechanical and electrical rough-ins have reached levels nine and 10, while drywall installation is advancing on level six.

Finally, civil infrastructure work around the first phase continues to support the development of North Harbour’s overall framework, ensuring the smooth integration of all project components.
