In an emergency situation, on Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 4:30pm please contact your Resident Caretaker. If you are within your suite warranty period, please follow up with a call to Concert Customer Service at 604.685.9875 to open a warranty service request.
For after-hours emergencies on evenings, weekends and holidays, please call the Property Manager emergency number for your building. If you are within your suite warranty period, please follow up with a call on the next working day to Concert Customer Service at 604.685.9875 to open a warranty service request.
