Located in Airways Industrial Park. Access to Airways is primarily from the Deerfoot Trail via 32nd Avenue, and is bounded on the east by Barlow Trail - the main north/south industrial collector in the northeast. Completed in 1998, the building is constructed of pre-cast concrete panels on poured-in-place concrete grade beams supported by a pile system. Ceiling height is 28 feet.
