Concert received the first six CARE nominations for Chelsea: Best Residential Interior under 2,000 square feet, Best Condominium/Mixed-Use Development, Best Sales Centre or Showroom, Best Project Website, Best Overall Marketing Campaign and CARE Awards Project of the Year – Development. Concert was also nominated for the Best Customer Service award.

The CARE Awards finalists are selected by a panel of industry professionals using criteria such as architectural character, quality workmanship, use of space, energy efficiency and sustainability. The Gold CARE winners will be announced at the Fairmont Empress Hotel in Victoria on October 2, 2009.
