Vancouver, BC, Canada – Concert Properties is pleased to announce that it is has won the award for High-rise Rental Development of the Year for 2009 from the Federation of Rental-housing Providers of Ontario (FRPO) at their 9th Annual MAC Awards.
The award was won for Tapestry at Village Gate West - an 11-storey highrise seniors lifestyle community located within Concert’s Village Gate West development.

The 2009 MAC Awards were announced at an awards gala on December 3 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre in Toronto.
