Concert is pleased to announce that the company has been nominated in the 2011 SAM Awards by the national Chapter of the Canadian Homebuilders’ Association (CHBA).
Patina, the company’s landmark 42-storey tower in downtown Vancouver was nominated in the prestigious Best Multi-Family Development category. A win would mark the sixth time a Concert project has gone on to become nationally recognized as best-in-class by way of the SAM Awards.
“The National SAM Awards recognize the very best in residential construction across Canada,” said Brian McCauley, President, Concert Properties Ltd. “This nomination is a much appreciated recognition of our efforts to provide the very best in design, construction quality and customer service in all that we do.”
Judged by a panel of industry professionals, the CHBA National SAM Awards pay special tribute to the achievements of new home builders, home renovators, developers and new home sales and marketing professionals from across the country.
Winners will be announced at the association’s national conference on March 17, 2012 at the Fairmont Tremblant Hotel in Quebec.
