Concert was extremely honoured to have been recently recognized with the prestigious Rental Development of the Year award in the 2014 MAC Awards hosted by the Federation of Rental-housing Providers of Ontario (FRPO).
The award was received for One32, the company’s 10-storey rental development in downtown Toronto’s trendy Corktown neighbourhood. One32 represents Concert’s seventh rental building in the City of Toronto.
“This award is a tremendous endorsement of the hard work put in by so many to create a well-designed and executed residential rental community,” said Brian McCauley, Concert’s President & Chief Operating Officer. “Combined with the 2013 Customer Service Award of Excellence in last year’s MAC Awards, these accolades speak to Concert’s ability to not only develop terrific buildings, but support them with customer service that exceeds expectations.”
Hosted by the Federation of Rental-housing Providers of Ontario (FRPO), the province’s leading advocate for quality rental housing, the MAC awards pay tribute to excellence in the industry. Winners were announced at an awards gala on Thursday, December 4 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre.
