Located on a six-acre site in Central Etobicoke, The Kip District is a vibrant, master-plan community made up of three phases. Dovetailing with the larger vision for growth planned for the GTA, the sustainably-designed community features five architecturally distinctive towers and vibrant gathering spaces.
Coinciding with the mobility hub expansion of the adjacent Kipling Station, the Six Point Interchange reconfiguration and the City’s public space and streetscape improvement plan, The Kip District will establish this exciting new transit-oriented neighbourhood in the heart of Etobicoke Centre.
Progress on the first phase, The Kip One, is on schedule, with above grade construction well underway. The 28-storey building, comprising 283 condominium homes, is now 90% sold. Phase two includes a 24-storey condominium tower, a 20-storey rental building and street-level retail. Sales of the condominium tower, which includes 285 modern homes, will launch summer 2017.
