The Ontario Home Builders’ Association (OHBA) announced the finalists for its 2015 Awards of Distinction and Concert was proud to have been nominated in three categories. The Kip District: One, a 28-storey highrise in Etobicoke, was nominated as a finalist in the categories of Best High or Mid-Rise Ad Campaign, Best Project Logo Branding and Best New Home Sales Office (Up to 1500 sq. ft.).
The Kip District: One is Concert’s most recent condominium development in Etobicoke and is now selling. The development represents the first of five highrise buildings within a six-acre development known as The Kip District that will also include a collection of commercial and retail shops and services.
The OHBA is the voice of the building, land development and professional renovation industry in Ontario representing 4,000 member companies organized into 31 local associations across the province. Winners of the OHBA Awards of Distinction will be announced on September 28, 2015 at the Deerhurst Resort in Huntsville.
