Concert’s income-producing property portfolio has recently grown through the acquisition of two high-quality assets this month.
The first property is 2495 Meadowpine Boulevard, a flex office building in Mississauga, Ontario that is fully-leased to three tenants. Located within the Meadowvale North Business Park, the property offers easy access to Highways 401 and 407. Constructed in 2003, the 53,750-square-foot property sits on approximately three acres and features 24 feet clear ceiling heights in the storage areas as well as three truck-level doors and two drive-in doors.
Concert also acquired 285250 Wrangler Crescent Road, a single-tenant industrial property in Rocky View, just outside Calgary, Alberta. The 33,231-square-foot property sits on over 18 acres, and as a result there is considerable future expansion potential. Constructed in 2012, the property boasts 60 loading bays and is occupied by a Fortune 100 tenant on a long-term lease basis.
With these strategic acquisitions, Concert’s income-producing property portfolio has grown to over 10.6 million square feet across Canada.
