Vancouver, BC – Concert is pleased to announce that it has received six Georgie Awards® from the BC Chapter of the Canadian Home Builders’ Association marking the company’s most successful year to date.
Concert was proud to receive two of the industry’s most coveted Georgie Awards® – the Customer Choice Georgie Award® powered by AVID™ and the Georgie for Large Volume Multi-Family Home Builder of the Year. This marks the fourth consecutive year Concert has been recognized with a Customer Choice Georgie Award® – awarded based on third party surveys administered to each new homebuyer – and the fifth time since 2000 that the company has been recognized as Home Builder of the Year.

Judged by a panel of industry professionals, the Georgie Awards® were created in 1992 by the BC Chapter of the Canadian Home Builders’ Association to recognize the best in British Columbia’s housing industry. As part of the awards, through AVID™ Ratings consumers are given the ability to rate builders and renovators on all aspects of the home buying process, from construction and product satisfaction, to warranty service experience to referral intentions. CHBA-BC, in partnership with AVID™ Ratings, applies the survey results in the Customer Choice Georgie Awards® categories and as part of the total criteria for the Builder of the Year Category.
The winners were announced at the 2011 Georgie Awards® Gala on February 25, 2012 at the Vancouver Convention Centre West.
