Concert was extremely honoured to have been recognized by way of the Customer Service Award of Excellence in the 2013 FRPO MAC Awards.
This award recognizes a property manager who has delivered outstanding customer service to its residents. Companies were judged on their commitment to high standards of resident care in their teams and organization. Judges took into consideration activities, initiatives and programs that involve residents as well as a company’s willingness to go above and beyond ‘just housing’.
