The Concert team made out well at the CARE Awards gala on Saturday, October 17 at the Fairmont Empress in Victoria. At the end of the night Concert came away with the trophies for "Best Heritage Project - Commercial" as well as the coveted "Customer Service - Builder" for the company’s Era development in downtown Victoria.
The 16-storey project represents the company’s seventh in Victoria since 2002. Completed earlier this year, Era is currently over 95% sold with a few two bedroom plans still available. The Sales Office is open from noon – 5pm daily (except Fridays) at 728 Yates Street.
“We’ve worked hard to bring another well-designed and well-executed project to the Capital City and it’s a tremendous honour to have those efforts recognized,” said Brian McCauley, Concert’s President and Chief Operating Officer. “Winning the Customer Service CARE award for the fourth time is truly a special honour that acknowledges our efforts to not only create superior homes, but also stand behind them with industry-leading customer service.”
The Construction Achievements and Renovations of Excellence (CARE) Awards began in 1991 and are managed by the Victoria Residential Builders Association. Winners are selected by a panel of industry professionals using criteria such as architectural character, quality workmanship, creative use of space and energy efficiency.
