The second and final residential rental building was recently completed at Concert and Jawl Properties’ Capital Park community in Victoria, BC. Residents began moving into the four-storey Capital Park Residences over the past few weeks. All 53 suites are fully-leased and move-ins will be finished by early December. Street-level retail within the Capital Park Residences includes a Red Barn Market and a branch of the Victoria Public Library, opening in early 2018. This is Concert’s third rental property in Victoria, following The Q Apartments and the Capital Park Heritage Homes.
Encompassing a full city block adjacent the Legislature, the Capital Park master-plan community incorporates market-leading office space, dynamic retail amenities, as well as thoughtfully-designed rental and condominium homes. The first LEED Platinum office building has been completed and the offices are fully occupied by the Province of British Columbia. The second office building is currently under construction, as well as the plaza pavilion with a cafe between the office buildings. The next phase of development includes two boutique condominium buildings and a unique collection of townhomes, coming in 2018.
