For the third time in five years Concert received the coveted Rental Development of the Year award in the annual MAC Awards held by the Federation of Rental-Housing Providers of Ontario (FRPO).
Concert was recognized for Sierra, a 21-storey highrise in their master-planned community of Village Gate West in Etobicoke. Sierra continues the award-winning tradition joining Jazz and Tapestry at Village Gate West as the Rental Development of the Year.

The 2011 MAC winners were announced at an awards gala on December 1, 2011 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre.
