Central Park Plaza is located in the south downtown (or uptown) district of Calgary, also known as the Beltline. Central Park Plaza is a 14-storey, Class ‘B’ office building, overlooking Central Park, one of Calgary’s premier inner-city parks. A short walk from Calgary’s Light Rail Transit line, two blocks to Calgary's "Plus 15" System , the area contains a mixture of medium-size office and apartment buildings, along with a full range of retail outlets, restaurants and service amenities. The southerly elevation and 35 per cent of the east and west elevations of the building are solar bronze glass-clad offering occupants southerly and mountain views. The west, east and northern elevations are clad in red brick masonry with solar bronze exterior glazing. The top floor space features a south-facing exterior patio deck.
