The KidStart Mentoring Program operated by PLEA Community Services Society of BC received $355,000 from Vancity, which is the final installment of the 2005 $1million Vancity Award. KidStart provides adult volunteer mentors for vulnerable children and youth in Metro Vancouver, Victoria and Campbell River.
