In December 2006, Concert was ranked 19th in the list of top 25 Best Companies to Work for in BC. The list of “Best Companies to Work for in BC” is compiled for BCBusiness magazine by MindField Group. Results are based on multiple choice surveys administered to both employers and employees with responses grouped into the four broad categories of talent systems, employee engagement, leadership dynamics and organizational culture. Employee input determines 70 percent of the final score, the employer survey determines 20 percent and the employee participation rate counts for 10 per cent.
More than 96 companies from across British Columbia were shortlisted during this year’s “Best Companies to Work for in BC” competition.
