Since 1989, Concert has completed developments of approximately $2 billion and it continues to have a highly active development program. It has a very strong financial position itself, and close relationships with major real estate investors, and thus can undertake very sizeable development projects throughout the real estate cycle. It already has an impressive stable of projects lined up and ready to proceed, including several that are urban master-plan type projects.

Given this high level of activity, Concert needs to add a very capable Senior Development Manager to its Vancouver team. This individual will assume responsibility for one or more of its projects (focussing on high-rise residential and large scale mixed-use projects), and ensure the success of their municipal approvals, design and profitability.

We need a development professional who has 5 - 10 years of relevant experience, and can demonstrate a track record of successfully completing sizeable projects. Above all, we need an energetic, driven individual who combines an entrepreneurial spark with the ability to execute and make things happen.
